Does anyone know where I can find AG sized pots and pans for my granddaughter? I have looked and am unable to locate the right size for her. She does not want dishes only the cooking items. The only thing I have found in AG catalog is Kit's produce & preserve set with only one pan and colander. We are willing to buy off brands but have only found Barbie and doll house size. We are trying to get this for Christmas. Thanks for any suggestions.
Can anyone help me figure out whose shoes I have? They are black shiny t-straps, in perfect condition but without an AG gold oval sticker on the sole. The thing about them is that they SNAP shut instead of with velcro. I have searched AG web site and they look like Kit's shoes that go with her red Christmas outfit or maybe Emily's meet shoes, but both of the close with velcro I think. Maybe these are a pair of older AG shoes they use to offer....does anyone out there know about snap shoes?? I thank you ever so much for any info. Karen

HELP- Does anyone out there have an easy way to remove a doll wig? I always dress several 18" basket case dolls for disadvantaged kids for Christmas and hate the work of removing the dried out crimped up abused hair to replace it. Hope there's someone who can help me.

Everyone keeps mentioning a Downy Dunk for dry hair. Can someone tell me exactly how to do it? I've tried soaking the dry ends in Unscented Downy and then rinsing in cold water -- it does get a little softer but still looks dry. I'm afraid to try the steam method to get back the shine -- any other ideas? Does the Downy Wrinkle Remover method really work?
I can barely find any decent shoes for my American Girl Doll Mia. Right now I'm looking for black boots...not cowboy... although that is a cute idea... snowboots would do nicely. If you have any suggestions keep me posted!!! :)
I was so sorry to hear that another historical doll is being retired... I got a letter from AG saying that Kirsten and her complete collection will soon be moving into the AG archives. Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up. I was just on the AG site, and it looks like they are limiting purchases of her item to 3 or less already.
