I would like to auction some antique plumbing fixtures and have no idea what their starting auction value should be. They are all over 100 years old and have not been cleaned up. 1. Maryland Pottery Co Vitreious China sink and vanity with original faucets. 2. A barber-shop faucet. 3. A copper tub with original faucet, cast iron with pedestal legs. 4. A full body shower, wrap-around, chrome faucets, possibly used in very well-to-do home/mansion 5. China toilets with copper lined tanks with mahogany or oak. 6. Pipe Vice, 20 years old or so, No. 40A Ridgid Tristand. 7. Ridgid 400 power vice, functioning, forward & reverse, holds up to 2" pipe, comes with 4-legs.
Hi I hope that there's someone that can tell me a little about this light and the company that made it. What I do know is that the band that holds it together was patented in 1930 for Kopp Glass Inc and that this company is still in operation today, making lens for train and trucks.but that's about all. Please take a look even if you don't know anything about it. IT'S REALLY UNIQUE!

does any one know any thing about antique tiffany earrings. I have a pair that was given to me by my great grand mother. they are an amethist in color and set in a peirced earring setting with a mechanical hinge. on the bottom edge of the setting it has tiffany stamped on it. just wondering if they are true tiffany or if there may have been another company that may have used a similar name. can any one help me?
Hi stopping by to glean, join, and post. I am not new to ebay just to this board. It seems I never find the time to meet and greet fellow sellers and buyers, or to even blog. But things will change and I will give input, receive input and so forth. This is just my starting point. Like the new season, a time of rest and falling away of the old self, like when the leaves fall, and then in the spring its time for the new beginning, a new self. That is what is good about the changing of the seasons, you can relate, a time of rest, refreshing, solitude and les business due to weather inclimates. Soon it will be Thanksgiving, then Christnmas and then New Years, hopefully we all can have a prosperous time here on ebay. Well signing off for now, hope to be back real soon. When selling a silverware or silver plated item, is it better to clean or not clean before posting it for sale? Leave it for the buyer to clean or not? I've heard that if the item is not cleaned properly the finish could become damaged which would lessen it's value. Although, a clean item looks impressive in a photograph, what do you think would be better for a buyer? What do you think the "clean or not cleaned" preference of a potential buyer of this type of item would be?
Can anyone recommend a site to compare marking under Oriental plate, vases etc. I find several different type and do not know how to equate them to a timeframe or artist. Any assistance you can give me will be appreciated.
