If you are a Barbie Fanatic like me, I am sure that you find it hard to part with Barbie Items that you sell on Ebay, I know that I do! Sometimes it's Humm, which Barbie outfit should I part with first, this one or this one? Check out My Store too!
I have just found a lot of fashion cards (many different types) but they have a slight dust cover that a cloth does not remove. Is it best to leave them in this condition or try to remove any remaining dust? And if to remove , what would be the best way?
Hi everyone-I hope you can help me identify from which year this Barbie is from:She featured a short bob with golden yellow hair and blue eyeshadow,"hair extensions"-you pull a ponytail out of the top of her head so she would have long hair (the long hair is no longer there) She had a button on her stomach to push, and then you would pull the hair to the length you wanted. She also had a button on the back, but I don't remember what this was for. I think I got her either in 1966,67 or 68. If anyone DOES know the year, do you also know what outfit she came with ? I have photos, but dont know how to post them here.
HI! I went overboard in Barbie collecting and have no room. I have had to keep most on shelves in closets so I have decided to thin out my collection. I dont know if anyone is interested but I put a lot of collector series on ebay in one lot. Three are firsts in their series. I need to find them a good home where they can be displayed like they should instead of in closets.
Does anyone know where to go? I have searched all over and cannot find any info on a doll. I have a mattel doll marked 1963. she is a smaller barbie, straight leg, much like skipper, but I havent seen another doll like her. Maybe shi is skipper? mius freckles? She has brown eyes and the long realistic eyelashes. Blue eyeshadow, which is why I didin't believe she could be a skipper. Bottom of foot is stamped Japan. If anyone can help, I would really appreciate any information or web links you can give me!! I know her hair has been cut and there is other damage, so I know she's not going to be an expensive doll, but I would really love to know anything about her in order to properly sell her!! Thanks in advance!!
seems like more & more sellers are listing their dolls as silkstones --but i think that many there are not. at least they are not listed at barbie collectibles as silkstones. how to know whether they are or not. are all collectibles silkstones?
Is anyone else pissed about the so called handling fees? I love it when I read a listing and they say," actual shipping cost", you are my favorite sellers. Where is the need to charge for example, a $2, handling fee per doll? Start your opening bid a couple of bucks higher if you need to. Don't insult me by a handling fee or a high shipping charge that is more than the winning bid of the doll. I understand about overseas but within the U. S., can't one charge the actual shipping cost??? PLEASE!!!
Does anyone know how to get rid of this green discoloration around the ear of my bubble cut Barbie? I removed the gloppy stuff with a Q-tip, but there is a 1/2" circle around the ear and earring that is green. Is there some product that can be used? Some method? Any advice appreciated.
I own the barbie magical mansion and after being forced to sell all my other childhood toys i refuse to sell this one. I'm needing the orignal furniture inside of it and some parts. ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND EM?
