Hello everyone, I have an auction in progress of a lot of modern Ken clothes. Today someone placed a bid for 100.00, and I was wondering if anyone out there might know why, or if the new guy just made a mistake.

11 1/2 inches, long blonde hair, my wife says she remembers it being in a pony tail. She has bangs and parted in the middle. TNT waist, Brown eyes, blue eyeshadow, eyelash plugs, 1966 Made In Japan, bendable legs, her lips are thinner than most of the other Barbie dolls I see. Can you help? I would really appreciate it. Oh, I just found one on Ebay but it's not very descriptive. The item number is 320185600515. This looks exactly like this doll. Thanks

9 1/2 inches tall, Blonde hair, Blue Eyes, Blue Eyeshadow, Teen body, straight leg, 1967 Hong Kong and also has the date 1974 under the patent mark. Her waist turns side to side instead of at an angle. Flat feet. Holy smokes I just figured this out. When I turn her left arm, her body grows/shrinks between 9 and 9 1/2 inches. Neat. Also when she is 9 inches, she has no breasts, when she grows to 9 1/2 inches she has breasts. I hope you can help.

hi im wondering if anyone knows about the tags on barbie clothing.
my questions are:
what year did the pink label clothing tags come out?
what year did the purple clothing tags come out?
black and white label?
did all barbie clothing have tags?
are the hong kong tags really barbie clothing?
what about clothing without tags?
i have a lot of vintage clothing im trying to organize but couldnt really find any great answers to these questions. i hope someone know about this.

I just received my first Barbie for Christmas from my husband! I loved it, so we started looking at them and he now has bought me 5 more. I have what I wanted because they appealed to me. Now I have just bought a box of broken Barbies, pieces, heads, etc. I would like to match heads, bodies, parts and then make clothes for them to resell. Is there a book or website that someone could recommend that would guide me as to what goes with what? Also something giving me an idea of styles of clothes the diffferent Barbies wore? I never owned one as a child and only had sons, so I am clueless. I did find a Collectors guide to Vintage Barbies. But need help with newer ones and the numbers on the heads? Thanks!
