Paul McCartney was sighted this summer in Oklahoma City and also in Springfield, Illinois, while he and girlfriend Nancy Shevell were getting their kicks on Route 66 in a 1989 Ford Bronco. http://tinyurl.com/bzxg7m
I always thought it would be a great idea for a whole lot of real Beatles fans to get together for a BIG party...after all, in some ways we all think alike. There was a Beatles convention in Toronto 2 years ago where they had the bass drum from the Ed Sullivan show, John's glasses, Paul's jacket from the Help movie etc. It was great, but I thought it would have been better if there was a big costumed dance at the end...Imagine all the Sgt Peppers and Patty Boyds running around and dancing to Strawberry Fields, lol. Just wondering if anyone else has ever had this thought, or if I'm stuck alone in my part of the tree.
I have this cool white vinyl binder that contains all 7 Beatles Christmas singles, in picture disc format. The back of the binder sez No. 432 of 1000, and has The Official Beatles Fan Club logo embossed in gold. Copies of the Beatles Fan club Christmas Newsletters are also included in the package, distributed by Janson Marketing in 1983. I couldn't find it on Ebay. Anyone have any idea of the value of this totally cool item?
I've been posting 45's that I think are pretty collectible but they don't seem to be getting any attention. These are in near mint condition. I need some advise on why my product isn't selling. I was using a scanner but felt the pictures were not detailed enough. I'm now using a camera which shows every detail and you can see what good condition the 45's are in. I'm currently selling The Beatles "Lady Madonna" on Capitol # 2138. It's in great condition. I have others but afraid to list because of the lack in interest. Please let me know if you have any suggestions!!!! Thanks!!!
