Hello, Beatles fans. Your favorite Christmas song is the subject of my Christmas message on the temperance group. Go to the history groups and you'll find my temperance site.
Does anyone have an idea of what a Beatles photo of that album cover is worth? I have one that was part of a collection that was given to me. It is not the actual album but is a matte photo with grid markings, It says "Color by Barclay" on the top. It is in a plastic sleeve and looks brand new. I can't find a similar one ebay.
Anyone interested in the complete 13 Beatles albums? This collection also includes Hey Jude. I'm looking to sell the collection, probably going to put it up for auction unless anyone here is interested in purchasing. Contact me for pictures etc.
Hello fellow Beatles fans! I have loved the Beatles since I was a small child. I think my favorite Beatles song is "In My Life", no maybe it's "Imagine". I guess Imagine was more just John anyway. Ok, enough of my ramblings. Go check out my auction for an awesome Beatles lunch box. It's cheap, it's a collectable, it's auction #160166720236! :)
Hope it's ok to shamelessly promote here... lol. I just opened a new store on ebay and it will mainly feature Beatles photos and posters as well as other odds and ends. Please feel free to browse? I appreciate it!!
I'm a HUGE Beatle fan, especially John, and have been for over 40 years. I collect late model reissues of the Beatle related guitars most often associated with The Fab Four. I did collect vintage guitars for a while, but truthfully, they just got WAY too expensive and while you may laugh, I like my guitars looking NEW, and I got tired of paying top dollar for hammered examples that didn't even play all that well anyway! Sure, you can go to some high end boutique stores that have mint condition examples of the boy's most recognizable models, but have you priced THOSE lately??? CRAZY! So, I buy Gretsch and Rickenbacker and the like in the reissue models, at a tiny fraction of the real deal vintage models, and I really enjoy them a lot more knowing the kids didn't go hungry so I could have them! (Those little urchins actually want to eat EVERY day!!) How do you guys feel about that position? Do you buy the vintage and scorn the new guitars like the usual vintage snobs, as we call them, or do you comfort yourself like I do getting the same vibe out of a Rickenbacker 325C58 as you would a 1958 Mapleglo Rick? And John's Casino! How about that Lennon "1965" model and the Revolution? Cool or not? By the way, If interested, maybe the Beatle Fans among us would like to share a list of their Beatle guitar collection! Mine is about 16 guitars long, including the #2 of 3 prototypes of the Lennon J-160E. (Yoko has #1, and a dealer scored #3) I have duplicates of some of my Beatle guitars, (four Lennon Casinos, four Lennon J-160-E's, three Vox Super Beatle rigs, etc.), and I am ALWAYS up for trading to get a guitar I don't have yet, like the Rick 360/12/C63 in Fireglo like George's, for example. And the Lennon J-160E in the psychedelic paint job...been looking for one of THOSE for years! Come on guys.....I know you're out there! What kind of Beatle guitars and related gear do you have in YOUR collection? You show me yours, and I'll show you mine! By the way, if you haven't already joined, stop over to the GUITAR "Neighborhood" and get in on the action! Regards from Richard at dreamdeal!, where RIGHT NOW we have some WAY cool guitars up on the auction block!
