	Wanted To Say Hello To All The Other Corvette Lovers out there!!! Hello. I recently purchased a 1985 Corvette (350ci\ 4-speed automatic). I was hoping there would be a group of us Vette collectors in here...and sure enough. Just thought i'd stop by and say hello. I am in the process of restoring her to running condition(She has sat abandoned for 10 years) so if you've got any tips for me let me know. This is my 1st Vette so I am a little wet behind the ears as far as corvettes are concerned. 	Were thinking about buying a Z06 Any feed back out there would be of great value,looking at a 405 hp 2003 has 25000 miles on it. Are they reliable,or have the road noise of a 84, I've read and heard they are the closest thing to a real racer off the line production. 	Please help! Will 05 Corvette Wheels fit my 90?!! Can anybody help me? I'm considering buying some stock 2005 wheels and tires from a guy that upgraded. Like new condition. Will they fit ok on my 1990 and will it effect my speedometer? If so, how about using the wheels with a different tire? My wheels are starting to look pretty bad. 	Gotta share this story I owned a 08 chev silvarado, my wife owns a Victory Red 05 Corvette. last fall we were in a collision with another car in my pick-up (totaled it) so i go to the dealer to see about a new pick-up. They find the one i want and have it shipped to the dealership but, when they back it off the trailor they back it into a light pole and put a big dent down the side of it. Well this whole time the wife is ok no tears what-so-ever even tho here knees are all bunged up from the wreck. Well we go get my loaner car and on the way home someone runs into the back of her Vette.
