Hi.To get the show on the road let's start by letting every one know what year chevy pickup you own. I own a 68' c10, with an 8ft fleetside bed. By looking a her you would tell that she is not for show. But she did get me to and from where i needed for two years. and still kicking with a fresh v8 in her. I'l let it go from here.
This is my third build. I'm working on a '62 C-20 and need a ton of parts. If anyone has any,Let me know...Stuff I need. Sliding rear small window.Custom Cab stuff. Tailgate. Fenders. Dash components. etc.
This my first serious build on a '67 C10 longbed step-side. It's not the original 327, guy I bought it from said it was a 350. How do I find out what year the engine actually is? Any info woould be appreciated. Thanks.
hey i have a set of windshield trim for 64-66,if anybody is looking.didnt want to list it if it wasnt goig to sell. got a full set of body mouldings too
i have bagged the" white whale"!!! found a factory fleetside chrome rear bumper for my 63!!! even has the brackets&covers!! found a nice set of windshield trim for a 66 too!! just HAD to tell SOMEBODY!!hope you all are haveing a great day too!!!
i have an 86 chevy pickup with a 350 engine and sm 465 tranny in it. i want to have an overdrive so i want to put a newer 5 speed in. i have done some research and it looks like the shifter on the nv4500 comes up further back on the transmission than it did on the 465. my concern is that it willl interfere with my transfer case shifter. I was just windering if anyone knows about this or if anyone has succesfully done this, i am sure someone has.

I have a 1987 chev suburban 4x2 came for the south so the body is pretty good. I also have a 1985 Chev K10 4x4 (which is my plow truck )in which the body is not so good. will the body of the suburban fit right on to the chassis of the 1985?
