Hi Chevy Truck Fans, I am new to chat room, blogs ??? whatever it is. I have been restoring cars and trucks with a few boats thrown in for good measure for about 35 years. My latest project is a 1970 Chevy short stepside truck. This is by far the furthest extent I have ever gotten into a project. Most projects have been either muscle cars (68 Camaro, 66 Chevelle, 64 Impala) but I did have fun building 2 Austin Healeys. Most of my projects have been getting them to run right with a paint job and interior and they were good to go. This project started by tearing down 2, 70 Chevy trucks and media blasting the frame and starting from the ground up. I’m about half way home now. With all of my dealing for parts, both buying and selling. I became familiar with some good suppliers of restoration and custom parts. I am opening a store on ebay selling custom suspension (both air and spring), sheetmetal, and way too much to list right here. The store is there without anything in it yet, but will have parts for most domestic and foreign cars and trucks, possibly motorcycle parts too. I am still waiting for my seller’s permits and business license to keep this all legal. When I am up and running, please visit my store if for no other reason than to window shop, look around and leave me feedback on what you like or dislike. If you know of anyone working on a custom car or truck send them my way also to take a look. I will try and answer all questions that I can and fill any special needed items if I can find them. Thank you for reading this. God Bless GW-Customs
Come check us out! I have just opened a new Ebay store. I have loved classic Chevy and GMC trucks for a long time and have owned and worked on 1947 - 1979. Now I get to work with them all day long. I carry parts and knowledge from 1947 - 1987. If you have any questions or you are looking for something please feel free to let me know. My Ebay store is still a work in progress but I do have a more complete online store. I carry both New and Used parts.
