Dale Earnhardt: Discussions

This angel was given to my husband by a friend who found it in a box of stuff he purchased at an estate sale in North Carolina. It sure looks like Dale in his racing suit to us, but I can not find any info anywhere. It is made of a hard plastic like resin and is approximarely 13" tall and has a bronze/gold colored finish. On the hat it has "TRIBUTE".
The only other marking is on the bottom back corner and is: DWK inside of a square with either 2002 or 2003 (unable to make out the last digit correctly). I have photos posted or if you are unable to view them please email me and I will send them too you, so you can let me know what you think. Any info would help.
