I have a chihuahua, 1 year old, yesterday evening I left money in my living room table and guess what she ate them. My question, is it dangerous, might she get sick because of that? thanks!!!!!
THE HARDEST THING I HAD TO DO TODAY WAS HAVE MY DOG OF 14 YEARS PUT TO SLEEP BECAUSE OF THAT DISEASE PROVOVIRUS. HAVE YOUR DOG CHECKED IF HE STOPS EATING AND STARTS DRINKING LOTS OF WATER. I DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO LOOK FOR UNTIL IT WAS TO LATE. I LOST MY LITTLE BEST FRIEND TODAY. JACK KING
Soon I will be losing one of my best friends, he is the first and oldest of my babies. His name is Max. Old age is getting the best of him no matter what we do to help. He will soon be leaving me to go to doggy heaven. I will miss him dearly, but will keep him forever in my heart. He is a good friend and listener. I am selling items on ebay to help with his final resting place. Please check out my auctions and help if you can. I do not want to bury him because when I go, what will happen to his grave site. I do not like cremation, but he can then be buried with me . What do you think is the best option? Any opinion I will greatly appreciate.
http://www.pleasehelpannamaie.com/news/. This is a ligit site. I called the vet in St. Augustine. This little dog needs help now. If you can, please help her. She will be needing back surgery as soon as possible. I don't normally post something like this and it's not meant in anyway but to help this poor little girl. Thanks. Barb
My dad is in very very poor health, he has a little dog and cat, these guys keep my Dad going and give him something more than any of us children could or even my Mom;) The bond of love is so powerful~ The beauty of mans best friends:)
This is a sad story, but I think it really says something about the love dogs have for us. Several years ago, I was at the vet's office and saw a flyer, on the wall of the waiting room, saying they had a cocker that needed a home. Her former parents moved out of thier home and left her in the backyard with no food for about 2 weeks. I couldn't resist! I took her home that day. She was the sweetest little girl! I named her Brandi. You know how some dogs like to give kisses and others just don't? Well, although Brandi loved to cuddle, she was not a kisser. After I had her for about 2 years, she developed cancer. In those 2 years, I think she may have given me 9 or 10 kisses. Eventually, her health got so bad, I knew it was time to say goodbye. The vet asked me if I wanted to be in the room with her. I was crying so hard, all I could do was nod. I layed her on the table, and got down on my knees so that we are at the same level and the doctor explained he process to me. I didn't want her head to fall on the table as she went to sleep, so I placed her head on my shoulder, told her what a good girl she was and how much I love her. The doctor said everything was ready and he was going to give her the shot. Just as he was injecting the medicine, she lifted her head off my shoulder, looked directly into my eyes and gave me a kiss on the nose. She then put her head back on my shoulder, her eyes closed and she was gone. I just know she was saying "Thank you dad, I love you and goodbye." This was about 8 years ago, I am still get choked up when i think about it. (including now) Dogs are soooo amazing and I can't imagine my life without them. Daddy misses and loves you Brandi.
DOOM my DOBERMAN took a long walk of a short peir, really,at the end of the peir there was some foam which was formed by the rapids up river and was level with the wooden peir,he stepped off the peir and onto the foam...all we saw was butt and tail..i pulled him out to safety, the look in his eyes was priceless...he looked at me to say thanks old man..to this day he is leary of that peir on the Penobscoot River.it was a little funny and a little scary for us...my wife and i thought you would like this story....lets her your funny story.
