	DOONEY PATCHED PLAID WITH LADYBUGS Is it just me (DOONEY lover), . . . did I miss something? I am finding that DOONEY has placed most of the Patched Plaid styles in the "SPECIALS" section on the website. They are going for pretty reasonable prices, even for the "special" price. I was going to get one of them, but I noticed that they are NOT that popular, even on ebay. I am seeking a census from my fellow DOONEY lovers. 	I'll stick with the dooney store and the Dooney outlet After reading alot of the info about counterfits, it has totally turned me off to buying dooney on ebay. I only have 4 dooneys myself, so I just don't have the time to spend to inspect every little aspect of a dooney listing. I am lucky enough to live nearby The Dooney outlet ( an official Dooney store), and get some great deals there. Not to mention if you go to the Dooney website- and click on specials- you can find great deals fro up to 40% off!! Well, I sure hope the vintage dooney I won on ebay is real!! LOLOL! 	How can a spot a FAKE Dooney Giraffe wallet? I recently bought a Giraffe wallet on EBAY. When I received it, it was discolored -- sort of a faded look and does not match my Giraffe handbag that I bought from Dillards. The wallet came with a Macy's tag, registration, was wrapped in white tissue, then bubble wrap, then in a white Dooney Box. I contacted the seller. They replied that the Giraffe print coloration varies from item to item. Can someone help me? I paid nicely for this wallet and I will rest better if I know that I've been shafted, even though it may not be anything I can do about it. 	I have some questions on these giraffe prints, are they authentic The ones in the plastic, is that how they would originally come if you were to buy from a designer store? Is the d&b metal square supposed to be that low on the other bag ( I am not sure what number) Thanks for helping!!!!!!! 	Why I love Dooney and Bourke No other purse out there hold at least 1/2 it's retail value. Case and point.... When I am done and tired with a bag I sent it to D&B Attn Repairs. They let me know how much to repair it, or they will give me half their retail value towards the purchase of one, from them.. but hey, no tax and like 5.00 for shipping. Nobody tells you this.. 	Fake Dooney & Bourke Bags Is it just me or is anyone else fed up with all the FAKE Dooney bags being listed lately?? I have emailed these sellers and they are rude insisting of course that their fake bags are real. I have reported these fakes to Ebay, and they do absolutely nothing. I just saw a bag listed yesterday that was Fake, and they had the nerve to say that they "Guanteed Authenticity"...ln their title!! It just really bothers me that some of these buyers are bidding good money on these pieces of junk, and not knowing the brand will get these cheaply made bags, and think Dooney & Bourke is not a great brand. Dooney & Bourke is my favorite!! I have tried other brands and always come back to Dooney.... Dooney & Bourke is a Fantastic Brand and I am always buying and selling.. 	Looking to buy my first D&B!!!! Thanks for all the advice on looking for fakes!
