Firefighters: Discussions

I was getting ready to leave the firehouse the other morning, I was on my motorcycle and it has been having trouble starting. I pushed my bike out to the ramp and was sitting on the seat, bending over to play with the starter.
This nasty street walker came down the street, pulled up her shirt and flopped her nasty ta tas on my helemt. Thank God for helmet laws.
I told her to get the f off me, my bike started and I left in a hurry with all the guys laughing their butts off

Its not funny really, most of the time is just turns out to be a house full of smoke, but cooking food is #1 on the list. Popcorn in a micrwave sets off far more smoke alarm activations then any other problem in the Fire District I served in.

Example grease fires ( that's #2), so the importnt THING TO REMEBER for you parents out there is, clean your stove top often and when the kids are at home alone, don't let them cook popcorn in a microwave unless they really know what they are doing! Popcorn should never be cooked for longer then 90 seconds, in my opionon.

Son looking for photo's of Boston FD helmet fronts/helmets made by James H Pratt, Working Foreman of the Hose and Harness Shop during the 1970s-80s. Especially any gold/white examples of his work.

Im a new firefighter and am ready to start collecting fire memorabilia. I dont have alot of money to pay for stuff and need help finding things. Can anyone help??
