I have watched both season, im actually re-watching season 1 right now :p
Having watched both, and having read and spoken to a lot of people about their reactions to season 2 i have to say that i think a lot of people are giving the producers a really hard time.
Seaon 1 was not a break-through success from the first episode, it gained momentum and fans along the way. I think a lot of people were expecting Season 2 to pick straight up from where Season1 left off and be all adventure adventure....it wasnt like that people diss it.
Season 2 had to fill in the gaps between what happened to the characters at the end of the first season and introduce new characters, because lets face it the story cant continue if new characters and sub-plots are not introduced.
Personally i thought season 2 was ok, it was a little rushed but unfortunately it had to be due to the writers strike, it was either finish the season or leave it hanging till it could be possibly picked up again. With the writers strike no-one knew when shows were coming back or how long term the strike was going to be, so even though it was rushed im happy that they tied up the story rather than leave it hanging.
Season 3 should be a lot better and will hopefully start with a bit more of a bang than season 2 did. Im not sure many of you will agree with my contribution but i feel that all the characters introduced so far deserve to be in the series and to have their story told.

Heroes TV Show
'Our Take'
10-08-07!
This will not be a scene by scene synopsis of the epsisode last night.
Rather it is just our thoughts on the progress of the show so far this season.
First of all, we had to wait till near the end of the show, but Sci-fi Legend Nichelle Nichols, (Uhura), finally joined fellow alumni Trekker George Takei, (Sulu), as a recurring player on the hit NBC TV Show series!
Nichelle played Nana, a New Orleans 'doyenne' whose daughter died during Hurricane Katrina.
She also is the great-aunt to Micah, the young 'Hero' played by series regular Noah Gray-Cabey.
This episode just introduced her... I am looking forward to more of her!
One cast member that Tina is NOT looking forward to is Maya, and also her brother who are STILL trying to get to the USA. Tina says get there already and move on with why she's even on the show!
I am enjoying the scenes with Hiro and his hero back in 1671 Japan! Yeah, it may be easy to figure out what will happen there, but it is fun watching it IMHO!
Also enjoyed seeing Ando in a short scene back at the office in Japan!
Oh yeah, Sylar came back last night... and where he is.... is the only intriguing scene in that plot line for me.
Peter in Europe is much more interesting as he is finding he has abilities he was not aware of due to his loss of memory! Plus he is finding his new life one he may not want to give up!
That's it so far for this season... Tina and I are actually enjoying most of the scenes... and yes the Cheerleader and HRG was in a scene or two last nite!
Just outta room here!
------------------------------------------------ That was the end of the blog post...
I try to blog post every week or so during the season on the shows that interest us... including Heroes, Lost, Chuck, Desperate Housewives, 24, Survivor and even American Idol in Season!
Hope this discussion post get things started here in the new 'neighborhood!
Continuing on with adding our blog posts here to help get the neighborhood going in discussion threads, here is:
'Our Take' From The 11-05 Episode!
This is NOT a detailed synopsis of the epsisode from last night. Just the scenes that we thought more interesting to us as eBay only allows so many html characters in a blog post.
Additionally Here is our:
SPOILER WARNING! Do Not Read below this line if YOU Don't Want to Know What Is Going ON!
Tonight was the big revelation on who 'Adam Monroe' is!
The Episode was titled 'Out Of Time' which could mean many things...
However for one 'Adam Monroe'... he is 'out of time', as he is revealed to be Takezo from 1671 Japan!
Takezo is now more than 350 years old and it shows that Hiro's time traveling is more than just a 'lark' as some blogs have suggested.
Bob of 'The Company' tells Nathan in this episode's history scene, that Adam is the one that brought the 'original twelve heroes' together.
However Adam later started talking about seeking vengeance on mankind.
'The Company ' had locked him up and he was thought to have his powers nullified until he escaped earlier two weeks ago.
In another scene, Mohinder and Niki are charged with injecting Maury, (Matt's father) with the virus to strip him of his powers.
Of course Mohinder, who seems to be show's conscience, preaches about how immoral this solution is!
Mohinder and Niki go to where the last of the virus is kept, and Maury influences Niki to overpower Mohinder.
This episode really moved, and it showed all of the first season's characters that we cared about, without bringing in the new characters!
Yeah!
