With the number of items that Ebay has to offer from various sellers all over the world, it is fair to say that finding that part for our Jeep is not that hard. But what about the things that we did ourself? Maybe had some stuff laying around to make that upgrade or found a way of fixing something without having to pay an outragous price to do it? We all think differently, and have various levels of experience. Take the opportunity to share your ideas and help out your fellow Jeepers!
My Dad and I built a 77 CJ-5 that we cut in half and added another set of CJ-5 doors to it, so it was a four door CJ-5.. It's Bright yellow,12in.lift,304,full width axels, fulltime 4x4,3-speed auto, full cage It's BAD! We sold it a few years back to a guy in Kansas and I have lost touch with him since.. So i was wondering if anyone has seen it around?
Just bought my first '95 "ZJ" back a couple of weeks ago. With my lights on, the "rear lamp failure" warning lites up after I have tagged the brakes. I have changed every outside light - front and rear (except the headlights) and ensured it was the correct bulb. Anyone got any ideas where to look next! Thanks....Jim in Maine
Allot of people think that chip tuning your Jeep Liberty CRD for more HP will make the fuel economy go down. When in reality it almost always makes the fuel mileage better under normal driving conditions. This is definitely one case where you can "Have your cake and eat it too" :o)
