Hey guys, its been nearly two decades since Captain Red Beard stormed the Lego high seas on his #6285 Barracuda. So lets talk about your favorite Pirate ship. Mine's the #6286 Skull's Eye Schooner (gave it away to my cousin years back ... I'm looking for one, if anyone's interested in selling, please let me know)

Does anybody else dislike the reasonably new flesh colour used for LEGO men from films (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Spiderman, and soon to be Indiana Jones). It really ruins your collection, and makes customisation difficult too as there may be a particular head design you want, but its on a flesh coloured head, not a yellow one.Grrrr

I have about 4000 small pieces of LEGOS that my children had. Got my suitcases down from the attic. Went to sell them and people offered me MORE than I asked for so my question is WHY ARE THEY SO VALUABLE. and WHAT ARE THESE PEOPLE LOOKING FOR. Can someone help me with my question?

I have accumulated approximately 3000 lego pieces over a period of 20 years. Now a grandmother and children grown up I would like to know what the market is for selling legos. Are they a popular item?

I'm relatively new to legos -- at least unopened boxes. I purchased 2 large boxed items the other day to sell here at a retail discounter. The side flaps of the boxes were taped down with heavy, but small pieces of tape, instead of being glued down.

The tape has a small black band at each spot exactly where the tape hits the box edges. One piece of tape on each box has a number on it in black. Example:
521W7.

Are these some sort of factory (re)certification? Can I sell these as NIB never opened? or?

how about those new sets for lego star wars my favorite is the hoth rebel base. whats yours? have you seen all of them? so far the ones that have come out is the hoth rebel base motorized at-at i think that is the coolest set ever for lego star wars there have been other lego sets with the motors but the first for lego star wars. it is all thanks to the two viedo games that have made lego make the new flesh verizions for the sets. also there have been the tie crawler jedi star fighter with booster ring darth mauls ship the naboo starfighter the all new mtt droid ship and finally the ultimate collectors edition m falcon that is really cool. check them out so far i only have gotten one of the new sets and i will buy one other one also before i forget their is also the republic cruiser. thanks.
