Does anyone like Doo Wop. I really like the music from the '40's, '50's, and early '60's, but, I could listen to Doo Wop 24/7. Somebody tell me they like it,too, and I'm not just a weird old man.
Hey, to all my fellow "oldies" junkies out there! Hello! Well, I'm new to e-bay and found this great old album of Ricky Nelson but had to lower the start bid to a low starting price before anyone would even place a bid. Is the economy that bad? I figured people would be jumping at the chance to own a Ricky Nelson Album. Any feedback or ideas on this? I'm edriag1908 on ebay. I'm loosing money if I have to list every item that low. Gee, what's a girl to do? Comments welcome, Thanks p.s. I'll have Connie Francis and Brenda Lee posted on my selling items soon.
We have several different oldies records in stock located in the 'early rock & roll' section of the store - Listed below are the newest additions to the ebay store, and please join our email list for early auction notifications (where we always have big sales), thanks!

I would like to start an Ebay Store Selling my Instrumental Tracks. But I really don't know how to go about it. Could I get some feedback. I have already setup selling marvel comic cards. I would like a full-time store on ebay.
Hi there. I'm StavinChain, and I'm happy to see you in the Oldies group, whoever you are. I just thought I'd start things rolling by asking what kinds of oldies everyone likes. After all, many people think of oldies as just 1955-(insert ending date of your choice here) rock 'n' roll, but eBay themselves has given us a group picture of MUCH older oldies (the Little Wonder 78s from almost 50 years before that), so it's a logical question.
I worked on radio as the first "oldies" disc jockey in my city, and my show was largely 1955-1969 (I added 1970 later in the show's run and never hesitated to play older rhythm & blues & pop that would fit in with the other music), and as far as rock 'n' roll goes, my favorite years are probably 1957, 1963, and 1970. But I also love swing from the Swing Era, older jazz (Armstrong, Bechet, Beiderbecke), and pretty much all pop in general. Plus, my desired tastes run up to approximately 1999 (and even some modern stuff, although that doesn't qualify as oldies...yet).
So, let's get the ball rolling, and start chatting! Nice to meet ya.

Hello. My mother is Babs Tino, a Kapp recording artist from the early 1960s. Burt Bacharach produced her records and she appeared on Dick Clark's American Bandstand. We are testing the market for interest in her and her music/career. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
