I have an old abstract painting with the name "Neuman" in the right bottom corner. I think it's painted by Robert S. Neuman. I am in California and believe it was purchased here in the 1950-1960 range. Does any one have any information on this?

I found that one of her works sold some time back [for $2K+] - but see no other references. i believe she worked in the Palm Spinrgs area circa the 1950s. i inherited a few of her paintings and would prefer to place them with folks than destroy. anyone heard of her and believe a posting might receive some interest?
My name is Julie Claxton, and I'm an oil painter. I like to work with alot of different subjects but I have to say one of my favorites is outhouses :). I've been selling my work online for a few months now, my goal is to try to get a piece of my work to all 50 states, so far I'm at eight states. I'm just discovering this disscusion forum and I like this concept. Just wanted to say hello, and that I'm here, check out my page if you like and please tell me what you think, I'm always drooling for a little feedback and some suggestions.
