Hello. We bought a Palm Tungsten E2 for our daughter who has decided that she really doesn't need it...I'd like to return it asap but she has thrown away the box! Has anyone recently purchased one of these and would like to sell me the box?? Thanks!
hi there! okay, I am contemplating the purchase of a Palm Treo 750, I am and have been a loyal Palm user for quite some time, I have a 650 and I LOVE it, but it's getting old and I need to replace it. I have found many New Treo 650's on here but I am drawn to the 750. Here's the Question, Which is REALLY better. I donlt just mean newer, as thats obvious. I could be happy with the 650 for a Very long time, but if the 750 really brings new and useful things to the table then I will get that one. Anyone who could help shed some light on the differences between the two would really be helping me! Thank you so much! B
Hello, So I was wondering what kind of palm device you own. For me I own a Zire 31, a Zire 72, a Tungsten E2, a Treo 650 and a Treo 700wx. I also own a Blackberry 8700c. What do you own?

Love my TX and also use a cell phone a lot. Anyone have any experience going from a hand held PDA to a Treo? Would love some opinions. Looking to get a used one for less $$.
I have been using my Zire 71 constantly (i've worn out three so far.) We are doing a bit of traveling now and I have been looking at GPS units and I'd like to learn as much as I can about the GPS set-up for the Zire 72. Does it work well? Will we need cell or internet service. Are there any monthly charges? I saw several brand names that piggyback the Zire 72. Is any one of them more superior? Is it only able to do voice directions? One of our cars is a convertible and might not be able to hear very well at 70 MPH. Hey, any help would be appreciated.
Treo 650 software will not install - Zire 72 software now compromised and doesn't work. Email help has had me download, delete, edit the registry. Phone help said they will do more research and call back in an hour (3 days ago). Does anyone here have a successful work around (PalmOne discussion sites don't have anything I have not already tried the past two weeks). Thank you for your time and consideration! Peggy
I have rescently had problems(keypad inop/display out) with my 650. It was a hand me down in faircondition. I really only used it for videos of the kids and a phone. I've replaced keypad twice, now lcd is out. I'd like to repair the phone as it was a freebie to me. I could use help with said problems I bought the 750 and now use web alot. I could use help with the updater, mainly I think active sync boot disc is what I need. I find the 750 much more complex and could use advise of all kinds! ty rtolley1
Hola to all ! I own a Treo 750 with ATT, and as soon as I found out that the upgrade to WM6 was officially released by Palm, I have been trying to do so, but it does not work for me. I downloaded the zip file, but when I opened it, it wouldn't sync. So now I can't upgrade thru the Palm website since they give only one shot at it. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. B.
Hi, I would just like to compare and contrast a Blackberry and a Treo. I will specifically be using a Blackberry 8703e and a Palm Treo 650 for this post. Please respond with any things I might have missed or if you have any other questions.
Firstly, I will start out with the Treo 650. I find this phone to be very useful for entertainment. It has a huge library of games that you can access for free on various sites. You are never limited as to what you can do with this phone as far as entertainment. It provides support for Videos and Music. You can also have a 4gb sd card plugged in to hold even more space. You could technically put a couple movies on here, but only if you want to watch it on a 2" screen. This phone is also very useful for business applications. As you have your calender and you can access your email via internet(requires data plan). Emails are made very easy with the full qwerty keyboard on the treo. Also the touchscreen provides a level of elegance and is also very usefull
Now on to the Blackberry. The blackberry 8703e is strictly business oriented. You can not watch movies nor music on it(with the preloaded software), and you are at a limited amount of games. I have yet to find a site that publishes free blackberry games. All that I have seen are applications that you have to empty your wallet for. While this phone may not have many fun applications, it does have one MAJOR advantage over all Treos. INSTANT EMAIL. Your email is delivered instantly to your blackberry. This will result in faster response times and in general is just a great thing to have. I use it personally to respond to questions on ebay.
This phone also doesn't have a touchscreen, but it does have a very cleaverly designed scroll wheel to make up for it. I find this phone 10x easier to navigate then Treos. The keypad is also more spaced out and is alot easier to type on.
In summary, Treos are great if you want to have fun with your phone and play games. You'll never run out of games and cool applications to load your treo up with. With the blackberry, you get a business oriented phone. Not many games and no touchscreen. You do get a better designed phone and instant email. These phones are priced very closely so the final decision is up to you!!
