Hi, I needed a swimming harness for my workouts and phys. rehab and came across a few. All of them are pretty much the same. Except the ProSwim, Inc.'s Swimming Harness at www.proswiminc.com being the only different design. I contacted the company through their website, and what they had to say made alot of sense. They say their design is patented so it can't be duplicated. And they also say it is the safest to use. The design holds your body in four pressure points. Both shoulders and both hips allow you the swimmer to make adjustments as you swim. The ability to support or allow to stretch your spine is great for physical rehabilitation or a really serious workout without damaging your lower back by using the other types of belts they pass off as harnesses. Anyway, I wanted to know if anybody else out there uses a swimming harness? And why?
