	Identifying this weird tool I have two hand tools that I cannot identify-they look like old paint roller handles maybe-they are made of metal, with short handles with a hole in the handle for an extension maybe?, and metal rolling blades about 1/4 apart along the length of the roller? any ideas? 	looking for source of good hand tools to sell I've just spent the last couple of hours looking at drop shippers and feel like I'm being "flim flammed", over sold or something.
