Hello I was wondering how many of you would buy a toy for your child because he or she likes it, And you don't bother looking at the recomended age of the toys? Are you one of those that don't bother? or you do care of the recomended age of the toy?
Has anybody encountered this on an order? I bought 4 pc games and only jewel cases will be shipped. The shipping and handling is over $20.00!!!!!!!!! I am fairly new to eBay and have had only great experiences.I don't know what to do. This is more than a reasonable fee for s&h. What would you do?
I have recently posted Mr. Machine. Can anyone remember the jingle? It is driving me crazy. All I can remember is "And they call him Mr. Machine" I know it's a silly question to ask, but for the past few days I'm trying to find the jingle just to ease my mind. Thanks Donna
and says, " I'm looking for the man who shot my paw" LOL! Hey I'm new my names David. If you like toys especially vintage or antique let me know. If its not up for bids odds are I have it in my store. Let me know what you think of my joke. I thought it was pretty funny :) -David
My son is already 3 in need of upgrading all his toys to more learning toys and all....Can someone tell me how should I list all his infant toys and everything else that has to do with toys lol...any suggestions? it would be extremely helpful as I have so many toys taking over the house and the basement lol. Thanks
I thought it would be fun to learn what toys people use to get a hobby of. Like, what toys do you play with for hours on end? I do puzz 3D, and doodle art. Puzz 3d are puzzles, that can be built into the third dimension. (and as far as I know, puzz 3d is the only brand of 3d puzzles that really works.) Doodle art are just BIG posters that you colour in. Simple, but fun.
I've finally decided to part with my games and toys from the 50's and 60's.
I have a ton of things, but since they were all heavily played with, little remains in mint or excellent condition. Some is very good, some would be good for parts.
What I need is advice to get things going.
I'm developing a list of what I have, plus one photo of each item.
Reading the posts here makes me think that pre-Holiday time is the best time to make a move with them.
Would like to sell all in bulk, but don't know if I can pull that off. What I need is a big operator who would want all.
I'll be back from time to time to see if anyone responds. Thanks for reading.
Hey you all I just wanted to stop by & let anyone who's interested know that I am selling my ENTIRE collection of SCHLEICH animal figurines UNFORTUNATELY. I'm still not sure if it's a good idea because I've had them for sooo long. They mean so much to me but I am now in the process of moving into a smaller place & have no room for them. I feel like I'm letting a huge part of my heart go! Has anyone else had to let go of something close to their heart?? Hope to hear from you all! Thanks
After working so hard to establish an excellent reputation on eBay I was shocked to receive my first negative feedback from a seller who deliberately sold me broken items and items not as advertised and then she sent me a nasty taunting email and would not return my money. Recently I waited patiently for a buyer (vegifinder) to pay me for two items he had won and after 7 emails to him including one warning him I was relisting the unpaid items, he nailed me with outrageous lies in two hatefulled negative feedbacks ruining my reputation. I've decided never to accept bids from "Private buyers/sellers" again as I want all of you to know about Vegifinder and the rest of his names and the other buyers who play games and don't pay for items won. How do you deal with hate filled negatives when the person giving them is in the wrong. I'm a great-grandmother and not used to dealing with such horrible people. eBay was no help after I filed a complaint and asked them that it be removed as it was clearly the winners fault for not paying or anwering any of my emails to him. I would appreciate any useful advice. THANKS!
Hi, I recently bought a clown. On the bottom it says "Cozy Bows" and found one on ebay saying it was "those Characters from Cleveland" thus found them to now be American Greetings Company. SO, I am looking for info on what this clown may be worth. It is cloth pastel colors. Has a ball in the bottom that when you move it the music sounds. Stands about 13 inches to the top of its hat. Has a bow tie and 2 buttons on the front. Yellow yarn hair under the hat. I havent' photographed it yet but I can. Any info would be great. ON the company or the toy itself. The ebay store I saw it on had it for over $200 .
