	Photoshop.... I just got into all the web design, design, photogrpahy. I have my digital slr and everything...except design software. I mostly need photoshop, im more interested in older versions(i only have about 70-100 bucks) to spend on it soe mosty likeyl cs2. I want the education version, mostly cause its chepaer but i am a student. I might be ok with cs1, and id like cs3 but i dont have enoguh money for cs3. Id also like the other adobe softwere...illustrator ect. but i dont need them. Does anyone have a copy i could gget for around this price? Thanks. 	What can be done about this? Occasionally I run into this problem and I'm really getting tired of it as I pride myself in the best customer service I can give, considering this is how I'm feeding my family getting us through these tough times. Scenario, I offer web design service with 7 day turn around time. By day 2 buyer is complaining, even after plenty of email correspondence, saying slow service, insulting me calling me incapable, and leaves negative feedback initially saying I was slow to respond and eventually stopped responding, which is all untrue as I count 26 emails from purchase time to 2 days later, one of those days including Thanksgiving. How can service be slow on day 2 of a 7 day project regardless? That makes no sense. This has directly affected my sales since then and I've actually received messages from ebayers saying they aren't going with my service due to this comment. Ebay has turned down my request to have it removed. Also, other clients purchase service but refuse to reply to messages requesting information for site design, ftp upload information, etc, and just keep asking is it finished yet. How can you be expected to finish something that you are being refused adequate information about? I stay as friendly and professional as possible, but eventually the issue of refunds and negative feedback comes up. There is no protection for sellers against customers it seems and I don't want to see my business run into the ground by a few clients that don't fully grasp what I need from them and how long it takes to complete a site, even when its clearly outlined.
