I am new to this group, but not new to the craft. I am a third generation witch that actively practices the old ways. I will happily answer any general questions and will only help when asked.
Hello to all and Merry Meet. I am new to Wicca and I love the craft already. I feel as if it is something that I have had a part of me for so long without even knowing it until now. I am a Solitary Practitioner of the craft because I do not know that many people around here that are involved with it but I have just as much fun and I enjoy reading all about it when I am alone. I am learning to understand my gifts and the craft first and then I will start working on my own personal Book of Shadows and learning spell casting and among other things. I hope that everyone will welcome me into this group with open arms and I am very fun to talk to so I hope to hear from someone soon.

Has anyone ever revisited past lives? Do any of you have suggestions for good books to read on the subject? I have never been regressed and would like to do so but would like more information. Is this something that can be done alone or with a trusted friend? BB PJG
Hi - I got all the books that Anthony had left over from Magical Childe (Herman left them to Anthony who continued the store for some years after Herman left us). I had an occult store in Manhattan for 15 years called Other Worldly Waxes. I can email you the titles. There are some real goodies like Crowley, Alex Sanders, Lady Sara's Book of Light, Rolla Nordic's tarot book, Denning and Phillips, Bucklands booklet on witchcraft... stuff from the 70s and 80s... Unfortunately I dont have Herman's Formulary! But everything is cheap!!! Sometimes cheaper than even the original 80s coverprice - all from $5 to $25 dollars.. . some free shipping and some we will figure out. If you want to contact me, you can write here or email me at otherworldlywaxes@hvc.rr.com BB
I have never stopped by the neighborhoods, and didn't really know about them until I saw someone post in a blog to check out the jewelry neighborhood to help in selling her jewelry. So I searched on Wicca and found this neighborhood. Very cool!
I've been a practicing Solitary Wiccan since 1992/1993. I studied for awhile under a Lakota shaman, and through him went on a vision quest to get my craft name, Spyrit Dancer.
I've had teachers in Hawaii, where I lived for 18 years, and read everything I can get my hands on to expand my knowledge. I have been able to sense energy flow through people, plants, animals, and the earth since I was very young, and am currently waiting not to patiently for the next Reki class to start up to learn how to flow energy even better.
Having been for years without health insurance, or even now with a high deductible plan, I've studied a lot on alternative healing practices, the use of herbs, etc to help. I'm planning an extensive herb garden this year...I can't wait. I have a green house already, and I keep taking over more of the yard to grow things to eat and use in my rituals. I have a green thumb that is pretty impressive right now given I live in the middle of the desert. But I try to sing to my plants and flow energy to them all the time, so I think that helps.
Well that wasn't meant to be a book introduction, but I'd love to hear more about everyone else and how they got into the craft.
I am not exactly Wiccan per say, I am Pagan and very Wiccan friendly by all means though! And I use alot of the Wiccian supply stores for my own brand of Witchcraft and so forth so I am constantly around the real life communities and online communities so I just wanted to stop in and cruise around this neighborhood, introduce myself, I wont go nuts selling myself or nothing, I actually enjoy meeting people just for the heck of it:) But I do sell spells and I share my account with my best friend who is a really amazing Psychic so we will be around, probabbly be long time customers of a few of you and some of you we already are:) We also run a local meet up group for those who own Wiccan businesses that sell supplies that would like to do bulk purchases, ect do keep in touch with me! Take care, Jessa
MM I'm hearing alot about scams and inferior items being sold. Can anyone with abundant experience help those of us that are relatively new to wicca to choose sellers that are for real? I am a solitary and would appreciate info on this subject as most of my purchases are made online. Many thanks and Bright Blessings to all!
