what trucks do you own?

Hi.To get the show on the road let's start by letting every one know what year chevy pickup you own. I own a 68' c10, with an 8ft fleetside bed. By looking a her you would tell that she is not for show. But she did get me to and from where i needed for two years. and still kicking with a fresh v8 in her. I'l let it go from here.

1957ford 1958 ranchero adaptable headers for a 390 4sp??

I need to know if anyone has had any luck adapting headers from say a mustang/ truck/ galaxie?? to fit a 58 ranchero/57 ford coupe with a 390 fe series w/4speed trans, I dont mind a little work. The headers made spicifictly for this car cost around $650 thats alot, and stock is too restrictive. How about factory cast headers?? would they fit?? Any help is a apreciated.gearbender427 at yahoo.com
