I have been sidelined with a broken arm and have been watching old packer games. I was wondering what is your favorite non playoff packer game of all time?

I LOVED TO WATCH BRETT PLAY FOOTBALL. IT WAS MOST GENERALLY ALWAYS EXCITING TO WATCH. WHEN HE RETIRED I FELT BAD, BUT I HAVE COME TO ACCEPT IT NOW AND HAVE BEEN FOCUSING ON ROGERS. NOW WITH THE TALKS GOING ABOUT BRETT WANTING TO COME BACK AS A STARTER, I FEEL IT IS NOT FAIR TO ROGERS AT ALL, OR THE FANS. I PURCHASED SOME FAVRE MEMORY ITEMS AT PRETTY STEEP PRICES AS HE WAS RETIRING. I FEEL THIS IS GOING TO REALLY HURT HIS LEGACY WITH THE PACKERS. I AM INTERESTED TO FIND OUT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK?

um he is a moderate expierianced fly fisher and i need advice finding a good brand I cant realy afford anything realy expensive so if someone could recomend a decent brand and he likes bass fishing so if someone could recomend a wieght as well thanks ---Leah

Hello Baseball Enthusiast, here is a gig that will pay you to watch your favorite hometown Major League Baseball team for the upcoming 2008 baseball season.

- Speak and announciate Chinese Mandarin well.
- Familiar with basic baseball terminology.
- Posses a cell phone to be contacted by the coordinator for communication.
- Have reliable mean of transportation to get to the ball park.
- Be dependable & punctual to attend the HOME games assigned.
- Able to analyze & communicate play-by-play actions quickly.

Please Note: This is NOT a full or part time job, you will be compensated for each successful, completed game on an AS-NEEDED basis. We are looking for someone that is DEPENDABLE & RELIABLE and prefer someone that is COMMITTED and likely to be available to work for us with brief notice throughout the 2008 baseball season. The calendar may not say so, but winter...or, at least winter weather has arrived. It's 19 degrees here this morning, with wind and snow. Have had to start rotating water buckets, bringing some inside to thaw.

I know that there are a lot of dogs who live outdoors, and just thought that it is a good time to remind folks that their pets have some special needs in cold weather.
Water bowls/buckets freeze quickly, so make sure that you check often to make sure your pet has an adequate supply of water available to them.
Replenish bedding in your dog's box with lots of fresh straw. The insulating properties of straw are amazing and will keep your pet warm, as long as the straw is fresh and there is a sufficient amount for your dog to nestle in. A bale of straw is very inexpensive and can be readily found.
Likewise, make sure that the opening to your dog's box faces away from the prevailing winds.
If you normally feed your dog once a day, consider dividing the one meal into two. A dog will stay warmer and be happier with a bit of food in the tummy. It is also a good idea to increase the amount that you feed a little bit.
Check your dog's paws for compacted ice that gets between the pads. Very uncomfortable for your pet.
If the weather gets extremely cold, bring your dog inside until the worst of it passes. Consider putting a bed in your garage or basement. Better to be safe than sorry.
Lastly, I know that it is sometimes difficult to force yourself out into the cold...I often dread it myself, but the little bit of extra effort that it will take to make your dog (or pet of any kind) comfy...even in harsh winter weather, will be well worth it. Take a few minutes to talk and pay attention to your dog while you are caring for him..let him know that you haven't forgotten about him, even though you aren't spending as much time outdoors.
