Just wanted to throw a few questions out there as I do have my opinions but would rather see yours.
Has websites like eBay made NASCAR Collectibles less attractive to potential collectors due to the major downward value shift over the past 5 plus years of NASCAR Trading Cards and Die-cast?
As its obvious there is more Supply than Demand right now, Is the NASCAR Collectors market to saturated for recovery and should Motorsports Authentics possibly revert back to the 2007 Production notification sequence? (No actual number of pieces produced just the word "Limited" on the item purchased)....Or should they (Mortorsports Authentics) consolidate and significantly reduce the amount products being push out into the market?..(Dale Jr....lol)..Example: Getting rid of Winners Circle and Pit Stops -
Whom is in the best interest of Mortorsports Authentics, the NASCAR Fan or Collector?
Last Question: Is there more value in selling or buying NASCAR collectibles from a monetary prospective?....
(PLEASE - I've heard this answer many times.... "A collectible's worth is based on how much the collector is willing to pay" ....and honestly that's a crock of nonsense.....The Value (Money) of a collectible is the foundation of creating interest for it being listed as such .....

I have made two small quilts. The first was a hand appliqued, hand pieced, and hand quilted wall hanging. The second was a machine pieced, tied baby quilt. Now that I have taken early retirement, I want to start making the quilts that I've collected fabrics for, but I need to get a new machine. First, I have heard that "the new machines aren't as good as older machines" because they're mostly plastic. Any comments?

I did go to one sewing center, and tried one Pfaff and one Janome. I plan to piece tops, possibly machine-quilt with stitch-in-the-ditch or other techniques. I also will use it for craft projects and possibly home decorating. I probably want some built-in fancy stitches, but am not into picture embroidery.

I like the idea of the built-in walking foot offered by Pfaff, and there was a model that was metal, with a larger opening (longer neck) than most machines. In comparison, the Janome seemed more intuitive to use (setting stitches, etc.), but you have to use a separate walking foot Actually, several different walking feet!), and it seems like that would be harder. I really would like to get some feedback on advantages/ disadvantages of each machine, also most important features to look for in a machine. It's rather intimidating to shop for a new machine, and they're difficult to research. Any good, imparial websites?

Also, will today's machines sew denim without a problem? What about the plastic vs. metal construction? I'd like to take a class, but the machines seem very heavy. What do people do, buy two??

Here is one of the great american traditional bb rifles the "Daisy red ryder carbine" and it could not be sold on ebay. now compare it to the airsoft combat military aggressive hate kill guns. guns designed for mass killing under the guise of toys? You can sell all you got. But my attempt to sell a daisy vintage red ryder bb gun in it's original box, given to me by my Dad over 35 years ago for xmas is not allowed. what gives?
