I guess even Kiefer Sutherland can not get away with breaking the law unlike Jack Bauer. From what I heard he was sentenced to 48 in jail starting in December for a dui charge.

There was a little mix up when Sutherland heard about the 48 - he thought it was hours then someone told him it was days.
