Transformers might have the element of surprise, but then again some of those figures with battle action might put the hurt on. Hmmmmm. . .

I'm thinking Manglord :) you could rip him apart and put him back together, so he coule never die..
Of course, he doesn't really have any weapons.. but he'd be able to outlast everyone else..

without a doubt transformers would whoop gi joe easily.soundwave would hang out at boot camp and wait to unload when the seekers strike

I would have to say Yoda would seek out the infinite gauntlet & no challenge there would be. He can toss transformers vaside with a single thought. Superman is the strongest however.
