No there is not, most especially in sniper type rifles. Airsoft is definitely a sport where you get what you pay for. Do your research, save your money, and wait.
The lowest price that I have ever seen an actual sniper rifle at was $30 and it wasn't too great, otherwise, there are airsoft shotguns that are usually reliable on ebay for under $20. Then Again, you could also buy for under $20 a spring version of and m4 or ak called a sniper just because they slapped a bipod on it. But those aren't reliable.
save your money for a decent gun. If your looking for a good cheap sniper its some were between 65-80 dollars. If you buy a one for 20 dollars i can promise you, it wont last very long and it wont be very reliable
