The Sprint Speciale is certainly an incredible car. I had a chance to see the BAT special bodied Alfas at Pebble Beach a few years ago and it really brought to light how special Alfas once were. I have to believe that these were the inspiration for the production Sprint Speciale.
Personally, I'm smitten with the Giulia Sprint or later 1750 GTVs as a car I could actually own.
As a dream car, I've never been blown away by a car the way I was when I first saw an Alfa 6c 1750 "Flying Star" which was a roadster bodied by Touring. I think the one I saw at Pebble Beach was a 1931 model. I'll try to find a picture to post to the Neighborhoods page.
