Does anyone know where I can find AG sized pots and pans for my granddaughter? I have looked and am unable to locate the right size for her. She does not want dishes only the cooking items. The only thing I have found in AG catalog is Kit's produce & preserve set with only one pan and colander. We are willing to buy off brands but have only found Barbie and doll house size. We are trying to get this for Christmas. Thanks for any suggestions.

Have you tried or considered Ikea?

They have a great, realistic looking set (blue enamel on the the outside with what looks like white porcelain lining).

They are much larger than Barbie cookware; actuaIly designed for younger children. But since I don't think any of the AG dolls has hands that can really hold a pot or pan, your granddaughter would be the one doing that for her doll anyway.

I bought a set for our granddaughter when she was only 3-4 and she had a great time with them. She's 7 now, but still plays with them occasionally when she comes to visit.

Like real cookware of this style, both the exterior and inner surfaces do chip with use, but overall, I think they are of decent quality.

I was having the hardest time with the same problem. I found your post while looking for pots and pans for my daughter for christmas. I found a web site that carries them and other cool food and dishes for the american girls. The web site is NecessaryExtras.com. On the left hand side of the screen you will see Food,Dishes and more. Hope this helps you. Wishing You and you family a great Holiday this year!!!!

Thanks so much to both of you for the suggestions. I really appreciate your help. I was not having any luck and my granddaughter does not care if everything she has is American Girl products. I looked at both web sites and was pleased with the amount of information. Thanks again for sharing.
