By now you have probably found out that eBay will not allow you to list any payment form other than PayPal. Try it and they will eliminate your listing(s) and tell you about it after the fact. The only exception I know of is if someone comes to you in person to pick something up and then you can opt for COD. I think there are several other forms of payment that they approve and you can select from. I am assuming they are owned or controled by eBay. Their concept is to protect people from unscrupulous buyers and sellers. Even I, giving this opinion, may be sticking my neck out. The best thing to do is to just follow their rulles.
