I have worked wit Apple for a year now. I feel like a dentist. People dread to walk into the store knowing they will have to pay $200+ for a new phone laptop or ipod when I can, and have the certification and abilities to charge less than half that to repair the problem.

I started referring customers after hors to a meeting place and I would repair their phones for the best price I can do. I really love my job, dont get me wrong, but even with commission built it, Apple is making a killing on the phones. And the WARRANTY DOESNT COVER ANYTHING BUT MALFUNCTIONS not in the hands of the user!! What kind of warranty are we selling lol.
