I bought the iphone for work, and I LOVE APPLE and AT&T...they are great to deal with...for personal use i purchased a blackberry pearl from verizon...worst investment I ever made!!! I HATE BLACKBERRYS....PLEASE UPGRADE, IT IS SOO WORTH IT
1.)Customer service- i had to make an appt at the apple store, but they are so wonderful….Now Verizon on the other hand : When my blackberry was deleting messages and emails i went to the verizon store, and they were horrible...they stood there and all they could do was blame the blackberry....I said to the TECH, as a professional who represents the verizon company, and the verizon company supports the phone that i pay 200 a month for...that answer is severely unacceptable. THEN he said it was memory problems, i had to PURCHASE a memory card...did and it didnt work, i hate this phone. The company has gone down the gutter

Heck yes its good! I spent a few years in the retail world selling phones, and we did not have the iPhone for most of that time. I had always used a Blackberry, and I loved it!
We started carrying the iPhone, and I was reluctant to play with it. After carrying it for a few months I absolutely fell in love with it, and I have now had it for about six months and I still find new things to play with almost every day!
Blackberry = all business with a little fun iPhone = all fun with a good amount of business (you can't open an excel spreadsheet and edit it . . . yet.) Oh wait, there is probably an app for that!
As much as everyone below is raving about this phone its not so cut and dry. You have a BlackBerry, why? Is it for business use? Do you have multiple emails? I have the iPhone and an 8330 and the iPhone is awful for multiple email accounts. If you receive a lot of emails and send a lot I would not use the iPhone for this purpose. If its for personal use then the iPhone would be a safe choice.
