Now I am only a seller,and will become a trade company,and will become the Integrated companies.Of course,I am always a comsumer.But whether a seller or a consumer, I should all be honest and credit. As I said in my previous jobs, I should also be honest and credit.

But a few days ago,I met a client,he received my item,and he thought the item did not work,so he ask for me refunding him full of all immediately,I answer the letter as soon as possible that I want to know about the item's questions,He was very impatient to answer that I have tried various methods, and sure it was non-normal,And he has always emphasized a full refund, but no mention of how to deal with this product he thought non-nomal.
Finally I hope him to view the feedback of the other customers,Abnormal work of his item is a surprise, as many customers have given me praise.and I put forward two options:
Firstly, I pay the freight fee for it, and you send the non-normal goods to me, I have received the goods and to identify the goods really bad, I will give you a full refund;
Secondly, I will send a good item to you, when you received and accepted, I refund the freight to you,and then you return the non-normal item to me.
He did not answer my last letter,and make a complaint in the paypal.I am a new seller, listening to the others, for such a situation，the PAYPAL will leave the money to the buyer, which I am helpless, I feel that I have been deceived.
