I have been given what i was told was a really rare medal. But i can not find any information on it. I see many that look similar to it but not exactly like it. The ones i have seen so far say it's a Kuwait medal of liberation. However, it does not have the same engraving on the medal as the one i have. I was told that it was never issued because the ribbon was to long. If anyone can give me some information on this it would be very helpful. Thanks
