I tell you why i choose Audi. When it comes to an everyday driver, they have great engines, no matter what Lt you drive wether it's a 1.8T, 2.0T, 2.8 or even the S series engines. No matter what, they run like a dream and have the best ride, both on and off road!. In addition my Daily driver is also raced both on track and rally, and yet i can still rely on it to get me to work. Parts may be hard to find some times, depending on what you need.
The only thing i would never ever recomend is getting an semi manual transmission over a manual. The down sides to Audi's are the Semi- Manual gear boxes have too many issues. But honestly that's not just an Audi thing. That's with every vehicle that originates from the Bentley Engineering Technicans, ect ( BMW, Austin Martin, Mercedes, ect, so on and so forth).
So to End my question to you, like audimanone asked, WHY WOULDN'T YOU DRIVE AN AUDI?
I have had 3 Audi A6's and they are by far the best cars on the road. The Quattro keeps you on the road in the winter and the car rides smooth all year round. The features in these cars are second to none. Audi's have features that no other cars on the road have and most likely ever will have.
The only down side to an Audi is if you're buying one to try and show off you're wealth (or rub it in peoples faces). People look at Audi's and say "Wow, thats a nice car". Most people (unless they know Audi) don't know how expensive they are. You won't have the same "wow" factor driving an Audi that you would say a Mercedes.
I have also owned BMW's and Mercedes. These cars broke all the time and weren't half as good as any of my Audi's. Treat yourself, buy an Audi.
