BEWARE!!! I purchased transmission from this company, recieved it in a broken state. 2nd gear band strut sheared. This was before i even drove it, the professionals i hired found it on a test drive. After 3 days of calling and runarounds finally had conversation with company owner. Told me it was my problem, said they bench test all transmissions and that the transmission shop broke it by brake torqueing the truck during the test drive. The transmission is SUPPOSSED to be rated for 900 hp, my truck only makes 400hp, no way to possibly break it; not to mention i dont know of a trans shop test drive that involves burn outs. I told him it was his responsability to replace part and pay for labor. He told me it was my problem but he could ship me the part for free. After i paid to have my new transmission fixed, i was driving it down the road and it slips on the interstate; cant even handle 1/2 throttle. Not a 900 hp rated tranny. The factory tranny was in better condition than the one i purchased. What good is a warranty if you can not reach the company it is warrantied through. I will be purchasing a transmission from SUNCOAST TRANSMISSIONS, have friend in excavating business he hauls a 797 deer trac hoe behing his 3500 cummins and has a SUNCOAST TRANNY; NO PROBLEMS!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. ALL YOU WILL GET IS HASSLE AND RUNAROUND.
