She has a hole in her back to insert something (wings?) and her mouth has a small round hole in the center. Bent arms, crimped hair, made in Malaysia. Nothing on back of head...
I think I have this doll. I can't remember what she is called. She comes with party favors and balloons that her mouth can blow up. The hole in her back is for the pump?, that allows her mouth to inflate and expand her favors. I will look through my Barbie stuff and try and find whatever else I can about her. I know I have all her accessories and her instruction sheet.
