I finally found it! Made by Jacquard: iDye Poly is for polyester & nylon. It really dyes Barbie hair. In fact, I put a whole Barbie in it and it dyed her face and body beautifully! Her arms are a different plastic and they came out a lighter shade than her body. It works on their clothes and shoes too!
