Hi. Since this Big Brother Discussion group is so new I thought I would ask everyone where they are from and what do they do on eBay or in life, etc. My name is Gina and I live in Eugene, Oregon. I'm 43, single, no kids, 4 and a half cats (one comes and goes for weeks at a time). I've mainly sold clothes on eBay for the last couple of years but recently I've been on a buying jag. I'm about to start selling clothes again, soon. I work 30 hours a week in an office so I have lots of free time. I love to read books (fictions about archeology, crime, adventure, scary) and listen to talk radio: Coast to Coast on weekends... or Sean Hannity, Bill O'Reilly when I'm in the car. I also love to watch Survivor, American Idol (I voted for David Cook), Dancing With The Stars, So You Think You Can Dance (my first season on that one and I like it), and I hate to admit The Bachelor (or ette), General Hospital, Wheel of Fortune, Fox News and of course Big Brother. My main hobby has been selling clothes on eBay. I don't have much of a social life outside of home but I do get out occasionally. I'll be seeing Bonnie Raitt, Steve Miller, Joe Cocker and Willie Nelson this summer. That it's enough about me. What about you guys? Kind Regards, Gina
My name is Dee, I am 50 and live on a farm outside of Cozad, Nebraska. I have 2 dogs, 2 horses and a dozen barn cats, and whatever critter shows up! I work for a biolab that produces iron from bovine blood, and that keeps my life rather busy, cause I work alot! I don't really have alot of time for tv, but Big Brother has been a favorite for years and I try and fit it in whenever possible, otherwise I try to remember to record it! Oh I almost forgot, I have a son that is 29 and a beautiful daughter-in-law that have given me the most precious grandson in the world! He is 3 and last week for my birthday he called me (they live 250 miles away!) and sang Happy Birthday and did it perfectly and made Grandma cry! I just love him to death! I have 2 step-daughters and 1 of them is divorced and 1 married,(they are not close by also) and have 2 grandkids from them and the most recent was born the day before my birthday! The little girl is 1 and she is as cute as a button, but haven't seen the new one, only in pictures and he looks like he will be a handsome little guy! And yes I have a husband, but with work schedules, it sometimes feel like I don't! I think that he sometimes wishes that I would just stay home, but I am a workaholic and old habits are hard to break! Better get ready for work! Catch ya later Gina, Dee

Hello Gina's and Dee, My name is Annick and I just love watching Big Brother. I live in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu (try to say it three time fast) LOL in Quebec, Canada and I speak French, so is my husband Normand (Fireman for the city of Montreal) and my two 18 year old siamese cats. (who I am sure would talk if they weren't so shy) LOL
We will be maried this coming august 30 years and love to travel and got addicted to e-bay while looking for little matchbox fire trucks, which we collect. I am selling a few nick nacks here and there just to be able to keep the thrill going. I work as an office manager/secretary for an orthodontist and that keeps me quite busy also. I will be selling clothes in a bit, (my mothers, she buys it and then doesn't use it ) so if you have any advice for me, I will be happy to hear about it...It is very nice to meet all of you and to be able to chat about my favorite show. Hi Dee, another Gina and Annick - Thanks for sharing. First of all, how did you guys like Big Brother last week. Looks like that one guy had his plans backfire on him. I'm glad because he was a little to arrogant for my taste. But hey, it worked for Doctor what's his face a few seasons ago. And that season was pretty entertaining. Dee- so you're from Cozad, Nebraska. Wow, sounds like the middle of corn country. Are you guys growing that corn for the ethanol out there? Sounds like you are a big animal lover. Sounds like Gina and Annick are too. That's fantastic. I could never turn an animal away either. Just look out in my backyard at any one time. Always at least 2 stray cats, sometimes more, and yes, I feed and water them daily. Dee, it sounds like you have an interesting job... turning bovine blood into iron! Now there's a thought! Congrat's on all the little ones... sounds like you are a very proud grandma. Gina- what are the odds there would be 2 members out of 19 with this particular name? I see you sell silver jewelry. I'll have to check it out. I've recently started getting into jewelry. I just bought this beautiful citrine ring on eBay that I just loveee! I received it yesterday. It's on my finger as we speak!
