Okay I recently purhased a phone from a gentleman who completely misrepresented the phone and its condition. Then come to find out the phone has a mass amount of p.orn on it. And graphic po.rn at that... kind of offensive...Any suggestions

OK, unless the content you found there is material for criminal prosecution, I'd say just delete it and don't worry too much about it.

You also mention that the phone you got was not in condition as described in the ad - was it damaged, overused?
