My 2001 Coup, automatic. The Turn signal fails to work half the time? Especially after it has been going. Does anyone else experience this? Is something getting HOT, or does a relay/module need replaced. GM is NOT helpful at ALL... Vette0880@yahoo.com
I have the same problem, when I get on it they don't work at all, then a few minutes will go by and all the sudden they work again... whats the deal with these???
As previously stated, it's more than likely the flasher unit. I just went through a replacement on my '99 after experiencing the same problems you're having.. It seems that the problem is faily common. On my '58 it's a two minute job. On a C5 part of the dash has to be removed since the turn signal flasher is combined with the 4-way flasher unit.
