Has anyone else been disappointed in this dealership? The sales dept seemed great but the service dept is sorely lacking! I've got a Case going with GM right now but it takes a while and I'm frustrated... Boy they sure take your money in a hurry, but then backing everything up on the service side is a whole other world, its like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, two completely different entities... I hope I'm not the only one having this issue. Two (2) vettes in 4 months, you'd think they'd treat you right...
I have a C6 that's been having major dead battery issues. I brought it to Ron Baker Chevrolet twice and they tell me the batteries fine after they recharge it. Anyway, I was going to bring it to Bob Stall in La Mesa. They got some good feedback on corvetteforum.com. Can I ask why you're not happy with the service there?
