I have a '70 Chevy LWB pickup, and my question is this: It doesn't run, has a powerglide tranny that I know nothing about except he said it works. The body is decent, the paint is awful. Should I try to sell it whole, or part it out? It does have all the glass, radio, a/c, steering wheel, etc. Whaddya think?
You make so much more money by parting out anything. Right now with the way the economy is going, everyone is selling something but no one really seems to be buying. If you do find a buyer for the truck as a whole, it won't be for much.
I'd restore it if it was me. Air cabs in 1970 models are really hard to find and the powerglide transmission is really rare. What motor and other options does it have?
powerglids where not the best as the tubo 350 tubo 400 took over but it is rare and needed of vintage 58-68 chevy and pontiac restro sell it not here on ebay but on collector sites
