Hello, as Christians we should be a Blessing wherever we go and whatever we do. So, I would like to hear what YOU are doing to Bless the ebay community. For example, I include a Christian music CD that offers hope & trust in God with every order I mail. I also like to pray over my packages and proclaim Blessing to the households of my customers. But, I would like you all to share what you've been doing so we all can do more to be God's hands and feet on this earth to spread His love to the world. Thanks for sharing! Blessings! Debby
I'm trying to be a blessing to eBay community by donating a percentage from my sales through eBay Giving Works program. Me and my wife have compassion for orphans so I have chosen to support All God's Children International non-profit Christian orphan care and adoption agency. We are planning to adopt next year therefore we pray that God allows us to become a family.
I try to offer unique, meaningful gifts from my heart that are affordable to all in these troubled times.
I know that to me, giving gifts that really mean something is very important to me and I have created a product that is suitable for any occasion, is genuinely from my heart and I want to share. I don't make much money on these, given the time it takes to get them perfect, but I remember how important it is to "pay it forward", so I hope that these are a blessing to all who give and receive them.
I am always honest, and though my ideas have been duplicated, I know that my honesty and integrity will help me gain the trust of the eBay community.
I too want to be a blessing wherever I go. I try to bless through e-Bay by giving promptness, free gifts and/or coupons, and customer service that will knock your socks off if a mishap does occur.
P.S. I love that Sunflower I.D. We lost a young son, and Sunflower is our symbol of him.
I just learned today the Procter & Gamble donates 6 cents to a Feeding People program for every P&G coupon redeemed. I enclose relevant coupons with my orders, but am thinking I may add a line to my listings explaining the P&G donations, and giving the buyer the opportunity to say whether or not they would like lots of coupons with their orders in order to contribute.
Thank you! I grew that sunflower in my yard last year and when I took the picture, I was going through a lot of difficult things...but I try to keep that picture as a reminder that things get better.
Sorry for your loss.
I didn't know about the coupons...I'll be sure to use them more regularly.
Sorry I've been away for awhile, but it is great to see all the great ideas of how we can make a positive impact on the world. Ebay touches the world and it feels good to know that we all are making it a positive touch of Blessing to those we come in contact with. Whether we are buying or selling, we send the love of Jesus into the marketplace. And that to me is the best answer to the problems in our economy! Be Blessed to be a Blessing! Debby
I am fairly new to selling on ebay, but I recieved an order last week with a pamphlet of a little story, why you should come to know God, The basic sinners prayers, etc ( Cant think of what they are called but I see them in church ) I thought that was a great nonchalant way of introducing God to people , who can get curious or ignore it, whatever they choose ( according to God's will of course!)
