Writing Service for a Chrysler Dealership is always interesting--the problem can be as simple as a sack of potatos!
After having this issue come before me several times since the design of the PT Cruiser----this was the funniest.....a lady walks into the service department in a panic----the weather is freezing the snow is pounding down with 8 more inches expected--she has no garage-parks outside--and proceeds to tell me how her rear left side window is inop. Knowing right away where to look without bringing the car into one of my mechanics who ache to rib me about being blonde in a service dept.--I went outside in the blustering weather and took a look--sure enough there it was--Igot the window, went back in and proceeded to explain to her that when she goes grocery shopping refrain from putting the sack of potatoes(or anything for that matter) on the window switches--she had no idea that the switches were located near the floor in the back seat area--just at the rear of the front center console--thus laying the bag of potatoes on the window switch making it impossible to go up being stuck in the down position ! And yes--even a blonde figured this one out guys. LOL
