Greetings-I was wondering if any other Shine owners out there are experiencing the same thing I am with my AT&T CU720 Shine Slider.When the phone is closed the top part of the phone(part that slides up and down)moves back and forth(side to side) a bit.Is this normal or is it something I should be worried about?
I am a Shine owner and have been since about March. I have never had that problem though. If it continues to get worse I would definately trade it in while you have your one year warranty.
yeah i had that problem when i had the shine.if i were you i would call 1-800-331-0500 and ask to do a warranty exchange.depending on when your phone was purchased you may be eligible to exchange your phone ,thay will send you a brand new one and you just send yours back with there pre paid label.assuming ofcoarse tour phone is not physically or water damaged.
THANKS for everyone who read and to the two replies I received. I called the warrenty exchange and they are sending me a replacement phone.They said they would send a refurbished one so we'll see how it all turns out.Thanks Again
