Most definately Def Leppard. They are still as hot and sexy now as they were when they first started. Sorry, but that's my opinion and I'm sticking to it.
August Jam - 1974 Charlotte Motor Speedway I was one of the folks who actually paid for a ticket. Over 100,000 crashed the gates, but man what a party that was. Of course you had to like mud, becasue you spent the weekend shin deep in it. Emerson, Lake, & Palmer put on a show like nothing ever seen in that era, complete with helicopter fly-in and mind-blowing lights/music.
Frank Zappa Australian Tour late 75 with George Duke Tom Fowler and about four other musicians - Frank ran us through Apostrophe which was just released and gave everyone in the audience a guitar lesson they would never ever forget!
he left everythin on stage thatnight "what a killer" neil young Massey Hall 2007 close behind Roger Waters Radio Kaos, Rush's Tom Sawyer and Peter Gabriel Shock the monkey
Gotta break em down into categories of Classic Rock Peter Gabriel -Secret World Tour 1993 or 1994 "progressive" rock Alvin Lee, Ten Years After - Rock Allman Brothers - Southern Rock
Pink Floyd Wish you were here tour - Psychedelic Rock?
1973 WATKINS GLEN-GRATEFUL DEAD, THE BAND, ALLMAN BROTHERS. STILL IN THE GUINNESS BOOK OF WORLD RECORDS FOR MOST ATTENDANCE AT AN OUTDOOR FESTIVAL. MORE THAN WOODSTOCK.
Definately Boston. In the early 90's I saw the Boston in Camden, NJ. My wife was 8 months pregnant. We had 3rd row seats. It was great.
Other great shows were the Doobie Brothers in Columbus, Ohio. I got to see that show dead center first row and was shaking the band members hands.
Steve Miller in Philadelphia's Mann Music Center. I took my wife for her birthday and she had strep throat when we went. By the time the concert ended her fever broke.
Styx opening for REO Speedwagon was a great show as well. Ive seen Styx 3 times and REO Speedwagon twice.
The EAGLES at the JQH Arena in Springfield Mo on 11-13-08. A night I will never forget. It was the grand opening of the arena and they play for hours. Almost four. Played almost every song. Life in the fast lane, No more walks in the wood, Desperado, Take it to the limit, and a really cool version of Hotel California with a horn intro. Far better than loosing my virginity. That was an okay night, but this was AWESOME!!!! Glen called it the "Assisted Living Tour" Dedicated Lying Eyes to his ex wife "Plaintiff". Joe Walsh is by far the best Eagle. Crazy and hilarious on stage. Everyone should go see them while they are still around. I give em five years and thats it. I hope Im wrong. I would LOVE to see them again.

Another difficult question, I have been to over 100... Triumph Iron Maiden Trans Siberian Orchestra REO Speedwagon Judas Priest Bryan Adams in no particular order, just to name a few, although I could go on... I won't be seeing Def Leppard again... saw them 3 times, good thing there were other bands with them!!
The best concert was Aerosmith 1985 "back in the saddle your" at the Manning bowl in Lynn Mass. With the remnants of Foghat opening up.There's nothing like an outdoor stadium concert. The best.
